Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel and when you may be entitled to a refund for paid plans of the Mesher platform provided by Mesher Technologies GmbH. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid subscriptions and plans purchased directly from Mesher. Different terms may apply to purchases made through a reseller or marketplace, in which case that provider's policy governs.
2. EU/EEA right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. However, for digital services that begin immediately, you may lose this right once performance has started — by subscribing and asking us to begin the service right away, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. Where the service has only partially been performed, any refund may be reduced proportionally.
3. When refunds apply
- Within the withdrawal period — as described above, subject to the digital-service exception.
- Service failures — where we materially fail to provide the Service and cannot remedy it within a reasonable time.
- As required by applicable consumer law.
- Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods, unused time after a renewal, or change-of-mind after performance has started, except where the law requires.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings in the console, or by contacting legal@mesher.events. Cancellation is intended to be easy and self-service.
5. After you cancel
Unless a refund applies, cancellation stops future renewals but does not end the current billing period — you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, after which paid features stop.
6. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically for a further period of the same length unless cancelled before the renewal date, at the then-current price for your plan. We may apply changed prices to renewals; where the law requires, we provide renewal or price-change information in advance. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date.
7. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider but are typically completed within 14 days of approval.
